WORSHIP DIRECTOR ROLE 
 
Vox Stamford Worship Director – 10 hours
To oversee all administrative and venue-specific aspects of the worship experience at the Stamford campus, with pastoral support from Campus Pastor and Central Worship. This includes leading worship, managing all administrative worship responsibilities, oversee integration of new team members, oversee venue protocols and participate in campus directional team. Ensures that the worship experience at campus carries DNA of Vox Music and team is on mission and cared for. 
 
Outcomes:
1.    Responsible for care and building fully operating worship team with healthy serving rhythms.
2.    Schedule team members in Planning Center for two-month blocks at a time.
3.    Attend weekly campus directional team meetings.
4.    At least 50% serving musicians involved in community group.
5.    Identify and walk consistently with 3-4 people on the team.
6.    Develop and implement advancement plan for campus within 3 months.\
7.    Plan and execute two appreciation events per year for the campus worship team (Spring/Fall)

  1. Daily Time with God – We ask that all of our staff are spending at least 1 hour with God daily, 6 days per week.
  2. Sharing your Faith – As a staff, we as individuals should regularly going out of our way to intentionally share Christ with non-believers.
