Mission:

Vox Church is seeking a dynamic Data Support Specialist volunteer to join Vox's Digital Team. This role combines technical prowess with a zeal for ministry impact. The Data Support Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our Rock RMS church management system to empower our operations and missions.

Outcomes:

Serve as a resource for Rock RMS (our Church Management System), providing technical support to church staff.
Address challenging and highly impactful Rock requests, like events and registrations. Provide simplified solutions to complex problems, always keeping the ultimate goal of helping people.
Partner with the rest of the Digital Team to manage and enhance Rock RMS integrations and initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
Create and maintain essential documentation, reports, and dashboards for useful insights.

Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of database management, system configuration, and digital tools with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Communication: Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff and translate ministry needs into technical requirements.

- Reports to: Operations Pastor

- Work Location: In person at 131 Commercial Parkway, Branford, CT 06405

- Schedule: 10–12 hours per week.
