Role Overview
Vox Church is seeking a Central Production Manager (CPM) to lead and care for our production teams across all campuses. This role is ideal for someone who’s both technically competent and deeply people-focused—someone who can build healthy teams, create sustainable systems, and lead with pastoral insight.
Reporting to the Creative Technology Director, the CPM is responsible for leading the Central Production team, supporting Sunday services, and overseeing the operational health of our gear and systems. Although technical in nature, this role is ultimately about empowering volunteers, fostering a strong culture, and ensuring excellent, consistent worship experiences every week.
