Central Outreach Director Position Summary 
The Central Outreach Director will serve as the primary leader of the Outreach team. They will oversee a team of Regional Outreach Directors and serve as a support and resource as well as providing training for Local Outreach Directors and Campus Pastors. 
This position will also initially serve as the Northern Regional Outreach Director as they work directly with campus pastors and outreach directors of the MDT, NBR, HFD, SPG, & WOR campuses until the addition of the Northern Regional hire. The primary goal of this specific role is to ensure that each location has the support and resourcing that they need from a central level to carry out the local outreach strategy of our church.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
1.     Informing strategy and budget for overall outreach & missions engagement for our church including policy creation, strategy implementation, promotional calendar, and budget allocations for local outreach, global missions, and benevolence. 

2.     Providing ongoing training and development for Regional Directors and Campus Pastors. 

3.     Consistently analyzing each location’s successes and failures regarding church partnership and developing an individualized church partnership strategy with each Campus Pastor within the first 12 months. 

4.     Overseeing and refining the city mapping protocol for any new campus launches. 

5.     Implementing a consistent mid-block protocol with the Northern Region to assist each campus team with the evaluation of our outreach strategy along with budgeting best practices. This position will provide oversight of this process for the Southern Region as well through the Southern Regional Director.

6.     Serving on the Hartford Outreach Team and eventually transitioning to the Hartford Outreach Director role by September of 2021.  

7.     Work alongside each Campus Outreach Director to develop 20 new community partnerships across all locations and work toward empowering Campus Outreach Directors to add impact groups at applicable locations. 

8.     Work alongside Regional Outreach Directors and Campus Pastors to grow impact group involvement to include 30% of Vox Church attendees across all locations within 18 months.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

·       Highly skilled in leading, shepherding, and managing volunteers and paid staff
·       Comfortable creating and executing trainings for volunteers and staff

·       A problem solver with creative solution thinking 
·       Displays a strong work-ethic
·       Has a servant’s heart
·       Experience in social work, social justice, event planning or community engagement are all recommended, but not required. 
·       Experience being a manager of paid staff is highly encouraged. 
Physical Demands and Work Environment

·       Requirement to oversee events that could require extensive planning and set-up ahead of time. 
·       Comfort loading and unloading vehicles with necessary supplies and production gear.
